As you know iWantFromApple.com gathers the updates / upgrades Apple end users would like to see in their iDevices. You will find here below the top 10 requests that we believe will be met by Apple in the first half of 2011.

1. FaceTime on the iPad
It seems pretty obvious at this point that the next generation of the iPad will have a back camera and a front camera allowing "FaceTime".

2. Retina Display on the iPad
It is very likely that the iPad 2 will have a higher resolution but will it meet the Retina Display resolution? That is not certain.

3. Mini USB on the iPhone
EU Regulations are pushing Cellular Phone producers to use the Mini USB as a standard. So we may see it on the next iPhone generation.

4. Increased iPhone Battery Life
Although it was already improved in the iPhone 4 we believe the Apple will always work on improving the battery life of the iPhone.

5. Flash on the iPhone and iPad
This is more a wish than a belief. But with the improved flash player 10.2 (Read more here) there are good hopes that we will finally get it.

6. Share iTunes Music with MobileMe
This is something we have all been waiting for a long time. Hints appeared that MobileMe will be improved this year but will it include cloud based music? We really hope so!

7. Add 3G to the MacBook Pros
Mobility is the future! The MacBooks should be able to connect to the 3G network just like the iPad 3G !

8. Integrated USB on the iPad
There is a USB dongle… The iPad is also big enough to have a USB port (or mini USB) so why not integrate it ?

9. Quite all Apps at Once (Multitasking)
This is really missing from the iOS. How annoying is it that we have to quite our Apps one by one?

10. Text receipts on the iPhone iOS
This last one is also really more a wish than anything else. We hope that finally we’ll have text receipts on our iPhone!

As it's no longer a secret that an updated version of the iPad (The iPad 2) will be announced most likely during the first quarter of 2011 and therefore a lot of the "Logical" iPad requests are in our top 10 list. Let us know what you think.
